· Led global productivity program and innovation portfolio (over $100MM investment in IT and Engineering solutions over 4 years and delivered $20MM going cost savings). Aligned portfolio priorities with operational unit leaders, including funding and resources assignment. Worked closely with IT and Engineering department to standardize the solutions and implementation plans to enable faster adoption across 30+ major distribution centers.

· Led regional planning team of 25+ people (managing $120MM transportation budget).

· Supervised the Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation and streamlined system platform.

· Implemented the new Europe transport organization moving from 35 locations to 4 regional planning hubs and fully centralized freight audit and payment team.

· Established first cost savings program for the region working closely with Senior VP.

· Implemented Transportation Management System (TMS) in record timings while challenging the initial plan and extending the scope, enabling better adoption. The solution developed became the recognized global standard that was re-applied across all other regions.

· Led the definition of the new operating strategy and sourcing plan of key raw and pack materials for new regional Hair Care Plant in Romania.

· Coordinated multi-functional teams (commercial and technical) to prioritize and deliver initiatives portfolios for the Pantene brand across the region in a double-digit yearly growth context. Led mega brand re-stages and set-up of new supply chains.

· Led the Morocco Distribution Centre project (Casablanca - 4 MM$) pioneering Low-Cost approach achieving best cost ever in P&G history. Managed all technical and financial/contractual aspects.

· Led the UK Distribution Centre project (London - 37 MM$) using automated warehouse technology.

· Coordinated a team of 7 Engineers & Technicians and delivered the project on time and on budget.

· Managed major contracts and interface with key internal stakeholders.

2000-2001: Logistics project Engineer

· Coordinated the design for major distribution centers using automated warehouse technology (France, Belgium, and Germany).

· Led the implementation and start-up of pallet conveyor systems interfacing with the automated warehouse.

1997-1999: Regional cost engineer,

· Responsible for cost estimates, capital management approval process and cost benchmark on major regional projects (10 to 100 MM$). Led training program and capability building in the region. Delivered >5 MM$ savings.
