The Group is managing the entire supply chain from upstream, mid- to downstream working with majors in its sector with a combined revenue in excess of USD 10 billion and assets over USD 2 billion. The company has over 4.500 FTEs globally.
  • Responsibility: Spearheaded the origination, M&A process, and post-merger integration of a $ 10 billion oil & gas business (AOT ENERGY)
  • Completed acquisition of a Romanian power plant including a photovoltaic park with an installed capacity of 200 MW and a 3 MW electrolysis hydrogen production plant
  • Secured access to the Alexandroupolis FSRU locking into a 15 year LNG to gas capability, with a total nominal regasification and send-out capacity of 15mcm/day
  • The FSRU to started activity from 1Q24, with gas transport capacity booked up to Bulgaria, and marketed downstream across the entire region including Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, and North Macedonia
  • Negotiated LNG deliveries from Egypt to supply into the SEFE Marketing & Trading programme for energy security for Germany and Western Europe
  • Development project of a 80 MW PV solar park in Romania, 100 MW PV solar park in Northern Macedonia, 80 MV PV solar park in Cyprus, Development of a 120 MW PV solar park in Greece
  • Renewables project for a 40MW PV plant in Ivory coast and 80MW in Dominican Republic
  • Developed cooperation with Trafigura/Rosneft for sourcing crude oil & feedstock from Russia (unwound upon sanctions entering into force)
