• Responsible for reconciling balance sheet accounts relating to cash and intercompany. Required multiple SAP reports and upload into official JNJ documentation system (Blackline) after manager’s approval.
• Local admin for Switzerland JNJ employees relating to Blackline accesses.
• Responsible for conducting all manual payments and providing access to the UBS system for other employees.
• Managed office inventory and ordered new supplies when items were running low.
• Used Hedging to reduce any substantial losses or gains with changing currencies in the organization.
