• Successfully led the 10 PMO assessments of external opportunities for Due diligence projects, assigned by the Business Development within Actelion Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Janssen, J&J.
• Contribution as core team member of a global, cross-therapeutic workstream to re-designed the risk management process within the Project Management Office (PMO) in Janssen, J&J.
• Self-developed several excel based solutions to overcome specific challenges Compound Developments were facing.
• Re-designed business process at SIX Swiss Exchange as part of the EMA Specialization module "Management Consulting".
