Accomplishments

  • @AMCOR GMBH: Delivered more than $19M savings within FY24, regarding the Aluminium category procurement, under a turnover of $850M. As per FY25 savings, already in the pipeline $10M, mainly due to the renegotiation of the existing contracts. More savings on the way from various projects and ideas over the BGs in EMEA, NA, LA and APAC.
  • @ELVALHALCOR: Process improvement related to Primary Aluminium, Slabs, Billets and Alu scrap, procurement, resulting to $0.5M savings.
  • @ELVALHALCOR: Process improvement and team re-organization, resulting to increased Alu scrap quantity +50% 2023 (budget) vs 2022.
  • @ELVALHALCOR: Start up the Alu scrap recycling and service center in Germany.
  • @ Mechem SA: Introduce and sell exclusively Vedanta's Billets, Slabs and Ingots in Europe. Quantity: 144kt, turnover circa $380M.
  • @Aluminium of Greece-Mytilineos Holdings Sweetening project : buy on an annual basis 450.000mt of Tropical Bauxite to mix with Greek Bauxite, so as to consume less energy.
  • @Aluminium of Greece-Mytilineos Holdings Business plan for starting up the aluminium recycling/remelting project. Responsible for buying Aluminium scrap of total value $15M
  • @Aluminium of Greece-Mytilineos Holdings Wagstaff investment for large slabs casting. Total Value $22M.
