Career Objective

To excel in the field of Hospitality and Tourism Services as a sincere, hardworking and diligent worker so that my skills can be experienced to the benefit of the team and organization. I am also seeking to work with a progressive & professionally managed organization in a competitive and rewarding environment for growth of my career.

Accomplishments

• Taught students who were representing Chandigarh team different recipes and techniques of cooking who Won Gold medal in the National Culinary Challenge organised by NFCI in which 1500 students participated from all over India.

• Took Chocolate making workshop at RIMT University, Mandi Gobindgarh.

• Started my own venture ‘Bonbox Artisanal Desserts' during the lockdown period to grow as an individual and polish my culinary and marketing skills. (insta@bonboxdesserts). • Started another brand ‘Sugoi Sushi' serving assorted sushi platters.(insta@sugoisushichd) .

• Won 2nd runner up prize in Regional cuisine competition in Abhyudaya 2020 held at Haldwani,Amrapali Institute of Hotel Management.

• Participated in International cuisine competition in Abhyudaya 2020.

• Participated in Master Chef Competition in Abhyudaya 2020.

• Won the Innovative Menu award in CULINARE 2019 held at University Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

• Got 1st prize in quiz competition during EXORDIUM-2017 held at University Institute of Hotel and Tourism Management, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

• Participated in Level 1 of India Skills Chandigarh 2018 Competition.

• Participated in 11th National Patisserie Competition held at CIHM, Chandigarh.

• Did Industrial Training in Trident, Gurgaon with an attendance of 100 percent.

• Participated in The Bartending Challenge National Competition 2019.

• Attended India u-14 and u-16 football camp in 2013 and 2015 respectively.

• Represented Chandigarh in various national football competitions and even got a second place in 58th National School Games.
