Windows 2008 migration for AMER Region.

Global Transition program: Migration of servers from customers responsibility to DHL IT Services. I was responsible for SSA region and later on for Latin America and their remotely supported infrastructure.

RedHat tech refresh projects:

Multiple projects running in parallel to replace old hardware and migrate over a 100 customers/warehouses.

Cslite for DHL EXP

E2E Solution with new version of DR solution for key EXP application globally.

Key responsibilities: stakeholder engagement, team coordination, overview of budget and time spend on each individual projects,

Responsible for leading UAT session with requestors, managing expectations and communication with technical team.
