  • Manage IOM Global Stocks Project; identification, planning, setting up and implementation of an IOM Global Warehouse facility, including prepositioning NFI (Non-Food Item) stockpile, to provide sufficient capacity to support response needs

  • Improve the current online request tracking systems for common NFI pipelines and IOM’s Global Stocks for emergency in coordination with relevant units
  • And coordinate with Assistance Tracking System (ATS) for future integration
  • Work on specifications of core shelter materials and NFIs in close collaboration with MSCU
  • Update/Maintain the logistics catalogue in IOM’s Emergency Manual
  • Draft project/programme proposals according to IOM and donor formats, as well as policies and tools for IOM shelter and logistics programme staff in field offices

  • Supervise procurement and logistics staff in the CO, and ensure they are provided with necessary guidance and support to deliver duties in line with IOM procedures and processes
