- Work on specifications of core shelter materials and NFIs in close collaboration with MSCU
- Update/Maintain the logistics catalogue in IOM’s Emergency Manual
- Draft project/programme proposals according to IOM and donor formats, as well as policies and tools for IOM shelter and logistics programme staff in field offices
- Develop best practices and lessons learned and define platforms for the comparison of experiences and contributions to policy, innovation, and strategic thinking
- Assist the shelter team in the HQ in the development of strategies and resources, including database maintenance and information management

- Supervise procurement and logistics staff in the CO, and ensure they are provided with necessary guidance and support to deliver duties in line with IOM procedures and processes
- Implement the CO's oversight and strategic planning for logistics and other technical matters in close collaboration with other departments within the CO and related units in Manila and Geneva
