• Supervised the construction of a new logistics building including a full automated warehouse for a total investment of 20 million CHF.

• Led, trained and coached plant staff according EMEAR guidelines in order to reduce the number of safety issues which was very high. 0 people injured between 1st of july 2016 and may 2018.
• Reduced downtimes by establishing a proactive preventive maintenance program and by implementing a new MES system with an external company (ACTEMIUM). Production costs have been reduced by 27% in 18 months.
• Regained the trust of swiss regulatory agencies (SUVA and Agroscope) as well as the one of the corporate organization and upper management by solving all the major findings from the corporate EHS audit in early 2016.
