Last several years I’ve been working in a position which is all about people. Internally for me this stands for interviewing and hiring new support agents, training them, developing them and helping them successfully transition to higher roles in other departments. Externally it meant being customer-oriented at all times: when creating new workflows, leveling up team’s knowledge and performance, while finding non-standard solutions and resolving complaints. In my role I was always seeking to capture a bigger picture instead of fragmented knowledge, to reach common goals through personalized approach, aim at improving internal cooperation logic and process structure to guarantee progress in the setting of staff rotation.
