• Responsible for strategic initiatives in the Business Risk Management (BRM) team of EMEA

Achievements :

• Established the 3-year BRM EMEA strategy and roadmap with the EMEA BRM Head
• Contributed to the 'US Policy' Project aiming at implementing all principles related to the US new rules (FATCA, US Person identification) in all the international locations of CS in the EMEA region (~20 locations)
• Contributed to various division-wide initiatives & investigations related to regulatory requests from Swiss or Foreign regulators on various sensitive & confidential topics
• Assessed and helped the audit remediation plan for CS Monaco

Private Banking EMEA Division

• Responsible for the Market leadership for Eastern European Countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia) - supervision of 15 Relationship Managers (RMs)
• Further to drastic strategy changes in 2013, lead the 'stabilization & regrow' strategy for the Eastern Europe markets
• Lead the risk efforts on Client KYC quality improvement & Client Tax Program (Poland)

• Stabilized the revenues despite Client segments transfers (+8% 2015 vs 2014)

Private Banking France

• With the Head of PB CS France, implement the market strategy, client segmentation & value proposition on the French market
• Deputize the PB CEO & act as first contact person for the Front department
• CEO for one of the French CS entity (CS Development)

Turn-around context, in collaboration with the regional COO team, lead the remediation plan further to the ACPR (French Regulator) & internal audits
