  • Lead SAP data migration Architect in 2 big ERP transformation programmes (multi-year engagements): both using SAP Data Services (owning setup/config/connectivity to source and target SAP ERPs + IFS) ETL with very complex required transformations and SAP Migration Cockpit (owning setup/config + some ABAP developments) in areas of HR, Business Partner, Material Master, Logistic, GOS Documents.
  • Advisory in the end-to-end setup and deployment of a Snowflake environment, starting from the initial trial phase to full operational status. My role involved assisting with the complete setup, including warehouse sizing, database and schema design, and roles configuration (with integration of Windows AD via Azure). I provided strategic guidance on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) by implementing Snowflake environments using Terraform (give guidance to developers) and manual SQL code. This setup was further enhanced with automated processes via tasks and stored procedures, streamlining the creation of standard environments for new teams. Additionally, I developed a custom FinOps framework to ensure transparent and efficient cost management across the Snowflake environment.
  • In the current role I help clients asses their cloud maturity model and on-prem IT footprint for giving recommendations and shape their IT roadmap embedding cloud technologies, keeping a cloud-first approach with CSP agnosticism to best fit their present and future needs.
  • Performed Cloud IT strategy workshops and application/data warehouse migration exercises (including advisory in groundup account setup in AWS, Snowflake), current role has expanded to build API integration platform (Talend Cloud API Services Platform - Azure) or develop APIs in them (Talend Cloud API Services Platform, Mulesoft Anypoint CloudHub - AWS - includes Salesforce integration)
  • As a Cloud Technical Architect in Zurich practice, I lead various internal projects working with international teams (RO,DE,CH), support project's studies which lead to big system implementations over a 2/3 years contracts and I am an active member in Cloud internal community along with Data & Analytics and SAP Data Migration communities.
