Summary

I'm a VP of Revenue Operations in the B2B SaaS space and I'm passionate about working with teams to drive revenue growth in the form of net new logos or NRR growth from existing. My experience in commissions, Go-to-market and analytics has allowed me to design and implement efficient and effective sales processes that scales.

As part of a senior leadership team, I have played a key role in building and scaling teams at startups, leading to an increase in ARR from under 5m to in excess of 40m. I pride myself on being able to identify and develop top talent and my leadership skills are essential for achieving these results.

I also bring a wealth of experience with B2B tech tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong, which I have used to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth.

  • SaaS - B2B Enterprise Brand Management Solution.
  • Reporting to the CFO, managing a team of 15; Rev Ops, Data & BI and Enablement experts
  • Strategic Revenue partner to Commercial VP's, CFO and CMO on everything GTM.
  • Designed and implemented a commission model for all revenue generating teams, Frontify did not have commission based salaries until 2022. Average attainment for 2022 at 86%
  • Forecasting and pipe management for both new business and existing. During a turbulent 2022 Frontify was still able to achieve a YoY growth of just under 50%
  • Tech stack owner for all revenue and BI tools working closely with Rev Ops and Data leads to ensure a best in class setup and recent rollout of Salesforce CRM
  • Process and methodology optimisation focused around customer centricity. Recent launch of MEDDPICC for qualification as part of our sales playbook. MEDDICC Certified
  • Introduction of new GTM Segmentation to ensure we can continue to drive revenue while maintaining customer value with our MAU pricing approach
  • Data driven BI expert, driving revenue and retention with insights and analytics.
  • Overseeing enablement ensuring faster ramp times with many AE's closing Enterprise deals within their first quarter. Introduction of a new onboarding program focused around product certification within the first 3 months.
