• Sport and competition manager role at events such as the Olympic Games Paris 2024 and Tokyo 2020, several FIH World Cups, the Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022 and the Special Olympics World Games Berlin 2023:

- Ensuring that the sport-related requirements and operations are delivered and the specific rules and regulations respected

- Main point of contact for teams, NAs, LOC and officials before, during and after the events regarding the sport operations and the running of the competition

• Responsible for the FIH Tournament Management System:

- Sanctioning and setting up competitions

- Ensuring all international matches and related data are captured

- Supporting all parties using the system

• Management and administration of all matters concerning FIH Officials:

- Budget

- Appointments, travel and accommodation

- Regrades

- Uniform requirements

- Fitness tests

• Secretary of the FIH Technical Officials and Umpiring Committees:

- Organising and leading online and in-person meetings

- Creating newsletters

- Developing the level of international hockey officials

• Checking and approving kits for the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League
• Liaising with clubs, national associations and manufacturers on kit-related matters
• Assisting managers with kit proposals for European football matches

• Organisation, promotion and implementation of international matches and training camps for professional football teams
