Objective: Our primary goal was to showcase our cutting-edge technology to customers, highlighting the myriad benefits they would gain from utilizing our equipment. This involved demonstrating the superior quality, production stability, DFE (Digital Front End) support, and comprehensive color management across various substrates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Demonstrations: Conducted in-depth demonstrations of our digital machines, emphasizing their innovative features and advantages.
- Quality Assurance: Showcased the exceptional quality and reliability of our products, ensuring customers understood the consistent high standards they could expect.
- Production Stability: Illustrated the stability and efficiency of our production processes, reinforcing the dependability of our equipment.
- DFE Support and Explanation: Provided thorough explanations of our DFE capabilities, ensuring customers were well-informed about the integration and optimization of our technology.
- Color Management: Explained and demonstrated effective color management techniques across different substrates, showcasing our versatility and precision.

2. Research & Development Validation Team
- Collaboration with Suppliers: Worked closely with suppliers to identify and research the optimal chemical recipes for our inks. This involved evaluating various ink formulations to ensure they meet our high standards for performance and quality.
- Chemical Analysis: Conducted rigorous testing and analysis of different ink and substrate combinations to determine the best pairing for our products. This process included both laboratory and real-world application tests to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Standard Compliance: Led the process of certifying new ink formulations with PANTONE, ensuring that our products meet industry color standards.
- Quality Assurance: Oversaw the quality control procedures necessary to maintain color consistency across different batches of ink, facilitating seamless integration into our printing processes.
- Comprehensive Testing: Conducted extensive tests to evaluate the sustainability and production stability of all machines and new parts. This included new kits for customers, such as ink connectors, ink modules, UV lamps, print heads, cleaning and adjustment tools for robots and clusters, and flexo modules.
- Performance Evaluation: Analyzed the performance of these components under various conditions to ensure they meet our stringent durability and efficiency standards.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Maintained open lines of communication with different teams, including the Print Engine, IQ, and Mechanical Teams. This collaborative approach facilitated joint problem-solving efforts and streamlined the integration of new technologies and processes.
- Problem Resolution: Actively participated in troubleshooting sessions, bringing together diverse expertise to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Documentation Standards: Prepared comprehensive test documentation for both Alpha and Beta versions of our products. This included detailed reports on testing methodologies, results, and recommendations for improvements.

3. Special Hybrid Project: Flexo & Inkjet Security Printing Technology
As part of the Special Hybrid Project focused on integrating flexographic and inkjet printing technologies for security printing, my role encompassed several critical aspects that ensured the success and high quality of the final product. The project involved the following key components:
1. Security Ink and Substrate Quality Control
- Diverse Ink Types: Managed the use of various security inks, including water-based, UV, metallic, and transparent inks. These inks were essential for achieving high-security features in the printed products.
- Substrate Quality Assurance: Ensured that substrates used in printing met strict quality standards for security printing. This included controlling substrate quality and color consistency(ICC profile) to comply with customer patents and achieve the perfect quality in the final product.
- Patent Compliance: Followed precise printing technology guidelines as per customer patents, ensuring that all security features were correctly implemented and maintained throughout the printing process.
2. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Jobs for Customers
- Flexographic and Digital Printing: Oversaw the execution of FAT jobs, involving both flexographic and digital printing technologies. This ensured that the final products met customer specifications and quality standards.
- Delamination and Relamination
- Inspection Processes Managed IQ (Intelligent Quality) and LQC (Label Quality Control) inspections to verify the integrity and quality of the printed security features. Quality and production Reports

3. Machine Preparation and Task Monitoring
