• Preparation of annual business plan, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting for Sales, Marketing, Warehouse Distribution, Cool Drinks Equipment expenses and total Business Losses of Swiss BU.
• Country lead Group OPEX allocation enhancement project for Sales & CDE expenses in the country, improving drastically customer profitability reporting.
• Provide business case scenarios and insightful analyses to support solid decision-making process and identify cost saving opportunities. Example: identify non optimized return deliveries, development of enhanced warehouse & distribution rate analysis, based on key cost drivers per customer.

• Act as liaison and controlling point between shared services center and country, identifying and resolving issues in transferred processes to facilitate workflow and ensure timely and accurate postings (e.g., provisions, reconciliations, accruals, write offs).
• Coordinate quarterly inventory counts, ensure compliance with Group policies, monitor stock variances and implement improvement actions.
• Effectively guided Logistics & Finance team of subsidiary Valser Service, in establishing stock count process steps.
• Drive process optimization and automation to increase productivity and eliminate non adding value steps. Example: automated approval schemes for write off requests, customized WH report to monitor consignment pallets, agreement for 3PL pallets liability, haulage invoice split.

• Oversaw and streamlined settlement, billing, collection and dispute processes.
• Successfully rolled out BSO3 project in cooperation with project leader and local collection team involving transfer of claim and collection activities to shared service center, while ensuring minimum business disruption and high-quality service of local team, during transition period.
• KBIs performance monitoring of outsourced services (DSO, Accurate Invoicing, Disputes' performance, Overdue balance, etc.) and coordination of country action plans for Collection and Dispute stream.
• Revising and implementing Credit, Settlement & Billing policy.
• Instrumental in applying company's strategical decision of new Logistics set up in area of Route Settlement & Billing, establishing strong partnership with the service provider, setting up proper business and control framework (KPIs), developing joint plans and delivering improved results
• Ensured accurate and timely settlement, billing and cut off activities contributing positively to company's KBIs (Accurate Invoicing) and to timely recognition of Gross Sales Revenue.
• SOX control - Implement relevant controls to fully comply with company's policies/procedures, local legislation and IFRS standards. No audit findings.
• Ability to manage effectively multiple projects with overlapping priorities. Sample projects: BSO3, E-invoicing, New Logistics set up, Disputes reduction, Customer Centricity
• Key User for Route Settlement and Collection activities.
