Additional Information

previous employments: While in the United Kingdom, I was employed as a High Court Enforcement Officer, serving writs of execution on companies who had unpaid debts to clients, writing detailed reports for Solicitors to use as evidence in court cases. The majority of my employments have been client facing, Business Development, Sales Manager, Administration Manager, all have been predominantly utilising skills for building client relationships, maintaining client relationships and increasing sales / revenue, as well as establishing excellent support networks with my colleagues as the positions were remote working. I pride myself on my high standards of all aspects of any employment, prioritising workloads and putting in extra hours when required. My work ethic can sometimes be my undoing as in my current employment, I work on my own and even while on vacation / away from the office, I am available to my clients and also to customers who are currently still learning our new portal, which I was instrumental in the set up and am System Administrator for EMEA & APAC. This has enabled clients / customers / administrators to have a more hands-on involvement with their financials and also aircraft movements to run their own reports and have instant access to their Operational Invoices. Being part of the initial project and maintaining the databases from which information is gathered, has given me an overall view of the whole process and an understanding of what the client requires. I am looking for a position within a company where I can have a happy work / life balance, working flexible hours while still getting the job done to the high standards I set for myself and what is expected from my employer.

Leadership Experience

Being involved in the implementation of a new client portal, from inception, Promoted to Project Leader to ensure that all future initiatives are dealt with in a timely manner and connecting with the relevant personnel. Invited to sit on the Governance Board in relation to the aforementioned project for continuity and deliverance of ideas and improvements for the client.
