  • Plan Induction and provide orientation briefing to new staff.

HR Data Analytics

• In charge of employees’ master data, maintain accurate records of employees, including documentation related to transfer agreements, relocation expenses, and relevant approvals.

Expats Administration.

• In charge of employees (expats settlement); Booking hotels for transfer employees, Booking temporary accommodations, etc.

  • Ensure employees receive access cards, mugs and bottles upon arrival

• Process Housing for expats

• Process expats and dependents work and residence permit;

• Assist in the Purchasing of FZB forms and NIA new and renewal payment cards

  • Assist with shipments process of expats personal effects/ belongings.

Other Administrative Duties:

• Provide working tools for new entrants (laptops, phones, office equipment).

• Preparation of official letters; Employment Offer letter, introductory visa application letter, invitation Letter, reference Letter, etc.

•Receive monthly health insurance utilization reports and analyze to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist employees with relocation process.

•Initiate and follow up on payment processes; PR/PO Creation for services (Housing, shipment, purchased goods/services), School fees payment processing for assignees dependents.

  • Other duties include preparation of all types of personnel actions; placement and promotion of local employees; resignations; preparing staffing patterns; and managing or assisting with LE Staff (Locally Employed Staff).
