HR Data Analytics
• In charge of employees’ master data, maintain accurate records of employees, including documentation related to transfer agreements, relocation expenses, and relevant approvals.
• Run surveys, collate data responses, analyse and make power points presentations.
Expats Administration.
• In charge of employees (expats settlement); Booking hotels for transfer employees, Booking temporary accommodations, etc.
• Process Housing for expats
• Process expats and dependents work and residence permit;
• Assist in the Purchasing of FZB forms and NIA new and renewal payment cards
Other Administrative Duties:
• Provide working tools for new entrants (laptops, phones, office equipment).
• Preparation of official letters; Employment Offer letter, introductory visa application letter, invitation Letter, reference Letter, etc.
•Receive monthly health insurance utilization reports and analyze to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist employees with relocation process.
•Initiate and follow up on payment processes; PR/PO Creation for services (Housing, shipment, purchased goods/services), School fees payment processing for assignees dependents.
• Prepared purchases invoice.
• Recorded incoming and issue of spare parts.
• Ensured monthly stock-taking and recording for inventory valuation.
• Ensured re-order, minimum and maximum stock levels were well monitored for appropriate action.
• Analysed & reconciled unit balances of spare parts in a cloud software called ISCALA with the Bin card. This record was vital to the Accounts Department, aided their monitoring of values of parts released for production and values of spare parts in stores.
• Prepared daily reports on inventory issue to my Supervisor.
