I am a Systems Engineer with experience on high power converter applications for Wind and Electric Vehicles, and systems for e-bikes.
My preferred roles are software development, systems engineering, systems requirements and testing.
My field of interest is within e-mobility, embedded systems and power plants applications.
- Validation plan for system components firmware, electronics, systems integration and system features. Testing in the lab, automated testing, field testing.
- Issues investigation for development and released systems. RCA and 8D reports.
- Defining system diagnostics and data acquisition
- Implementation of quality processes: new product introduction for e-system, process approval for firmware update, process approval for hardware change, factory support process, lessons learnt
- Lifecycle for released systems, firmware updates, data monitoring

At the R&D department, analysing system requirements, tests implementation, automation and execution:
On-Board-Charger for an EV and a PHEV:
- AC Charging protocols with IEC, SAE and GBT standards
- HV to LV battery (DC/DC) charging protocols
- LV functionalities (LEDs, Locking, alarm, control pilot,...)

Developing a simulation tool for reactive power capability assessment for two topologies: full-scale converter and DFIG (Matlab, Simulink, Plecs)
Working in collaboration with a PhD student on a scaled-down 10kW DC/DC turbine converter for future off-shore application (MVDC technology):
- Assembling power converter components and testing in the lab.
- Developing a loss model to validate the efficiency of the converter (Matlab, Simulink, Plecs)
