• Lead the Fleet and Mobility Council

• Oversee day to day Meetings & Travel operations
• Act as regional subject matter expert about regional and local requirements, service providers and operating processes
• Run continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with existing policies and operating processes, including accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with the Travel & Meetings Security team as a member of the Travel Safe Council to ensure sustainable and secure travel practices

• Lead procurement activities for various categories including Plant Machinery & Equipment, Packaging Material, Marketing, Business Travel, IT hardware, and more, with a focus also on sustainability and compliance
• Project governance and execution of assigned projects at Global level, delivering measurable business value and cost savings in project implementation
• Stakeholder management across countries and Business Units
• Utilize eSourcing platforms to drive sustainable supplier management and procurement processes
• Cross functional project team management
