Summary

After my Bachelor in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation and my Master in Human Resources and Organization at Rome Business School, I am now looking for a first professional challenge in the field of Human Resources - ideally as an HR intern, HR assistant or career starter. Through my studies, I have acquired sound theoretical knowledge in areas such as HR management, recruitment processes, employee training and organizational development. Even though I have not yet gained any practical experience in HR, I am highly motivated to apply my knowledge in a professional environment and to continuously develop myself further. I like to work in a structured and careful manner, have a strong affinity for IT (Microsoft 365) and am characterized by team spirit, reliability and a positive demeanor - qualities that contribute to a motivating working environment. I am currently improving my German language skills (B1 level) in order to actively and effectively contribute to a professional team.
