- Got the Foundation out of the red by increasing and consolidating revenue by over 40% in a 2-year timespan through cutting unnecessary costs and by the implementation of an organisational transformation programme which includes implementation of key initiatives, processes, project management methodology, knowledge management, organizational design, competency framework)
- Oversaw main company risks, financial and reputational analysis for period of 3 plus years which lead to 3 majors certifications: ZEWO, ISO 90001, ISO 140001 and the Corporate Citizenship's label
- Lead the exponential development of the Foundation's business model in German-speaking Switzerland part as a key player in disability sports
As Ambassador and Strategist serving across the CSR landscape, the aim of my current position was to develop and to execute a comprehensive, cohesive corporate responsibility strategy, for both, internal and external audience. Tasks were including, but not limited to:
- "Advocacy" in creating impactful internal and external engagement; influencing and inspiring others to take action
- "Foundation Liaison and Management" in being the main liaison with any association or foundation associated with the group

- Managed relationships with high net worth individuals and took the lead on new fundraising opportunities in the Italian-Speaking Switzerland part
- Developed a Major donors' portfolio and built longterm relationships with new donors and prospects, identifying, cultivating and stewarding their interests

Duties:
Lead Tdh’s efforts to engage the corporate sector and public donors in order to mobilize financial resources in support of its mission and programs. Tasks were including:
- Ensuring the steady growth of program fundraising revenues by setting ambitious annual targets
- Cultivating and sollicitating of prospective corporate partners and public donors with focus on growing funding sources
- Nursing of existing corporate partners and public donors in developing new fundraising opportunities and activities
- Providing high-quality results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a team' support
- Leading and engaging a team of 4 people in setting priorities and in developing the business
- Keeping abreast of current fundraising trends, especially in the field so as to identify funding opportunities at an early stage

Achievements:
Ensured an excellent coordination in the organization of the Oslo forum 2009 which is an initiative led by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue to improve practice in conflict mediation, and to enhance the reputation and status of mediation as a profession. Launched in 2003, it offers a unique opportunity for senior mediators and key peace process actors to share their experiences in an informal and discreet setting.
