- Provided technical support to the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) in the implementation of EIF projects, including on monitoring and evaluation, resource leveraging and donor coordination at the country level. Specifically managed the EIF support provided to Angola and Mozambique.
- Led the implementation of the EIF secondment programme targeted at technical capacity building for Least Developed Country trade officials at the EIF Executive Secretariat in Geneva. Six trade officials successfully participated from Senegal, Tanzania, Lao PDR, Niger, Central African Republic and Lesotho.
- Led the preparation of reports, briefings and speaking points for the Office of the WTO Director-General, the Executive Director of the EIF, the Deputy Executive Director and EIF donors and partners on topics related to trade and sustainable development in the LDCs.
- Ensured operational effectiveness through the EIF Management Information System - an online platform for workflow management and data upload, including the implementation of a portfolio tracking system for EIF projects at the end of the second phase of the EIF programme.
- Tracked the programme's progress through results-based management, including processing annual and semi-annual narrative reports.
- Contributed to communication, fundraising and partnership activities of the EIF programme.
