
Determined, dedicated, passionate, and altruistic are some of the qualities that describe my personality. I spent the past year working in France, learning about pastry and boulangerie. Despite the long and demanding hours, I am grateful for this experience. I was fortunate to have secured a position in one of the most renowned five-star hotels in Switzerland as a commis de patisserie. None of this would have been possible without my determination.
