Gil Lima

Hi im Gil, i started my life as a auto technician at 2014 in my father shop after studying at a Toyota professional school. Since i was 14 years old i started to be interested in cars, regularly going to the shop to watch my father work and starting to help with minor things and getting some notions of what was getting done, from there on i was lucky enough to be sure what i was going to do for my life. After 6 years working with my father we got a major disagreement witch made us go different paths, i decided to try other shops to learn different ways of working and getting knowledge from different areas. I worked in several shops with a will to know more and do more, so whenever things slow down to much it was time for me to move on, i was never fired from any shop and the employer always wanted to keep me for being a god worker and a god colleague. The main reason for me to leave my country is auto technician being super underpaid and not believing that i will have a stable future in the country whatever i´m working. I´m super motivated to know Australia witch is a country i love since my teenage years because of the surrounding nature and the people. I´m hoping to get a chance to show that i know how to work and that i deserve a place in a shop.
