• Review of complex structures of existing clients on the former Credit Suisse platform and transfer of all relevant data to the current UBS platform
• Establishment of the client relationship in UBS systems
• Preparation and collection of basic documentation (CDB and tax forms) from clients
• Processing of the relationship and account opening until activation
• Point of contact for client advisors regarding the manual onboarding process, as well as close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as the document office, IT, and compliance.
• Training of new hires
Annual rotation within the Department of Territory, Legal Affairs, and the Department of Sports, Events, and Maintenance. Examples of tasks performed in Legal Affairs:
Provide technical support and manage customer inquiries from residents in Belgium and the Netherlands in Dutch and English on behalf of an international printer company.
