  • Reporting to the Talent Director in the US, I lead a team of 4 Senior recruiters ( 1 campus recruiter for interns) who are based in the UK, Spain and The Netherlands. We support recruitment across 26 countries in EMEA
  • Created a TA process flow to ensure consistent service delivery from recruiters to hiring managers and HR Business Partners. Presented this in the quarterly Executive Leadership meeting in Barcelona.
  • I trained the recruitment team on our global recruitment policies, including referral and internal recruitment processes, internal mobility and visas, ensuring they can apply these consistently across all regions and adhere to business standards.
  • I collaborate with HRBPs and the HR Director on EU/non-EU laws in each country discussing topics such as pay transparency and made sure my team was up to date on what to ask candidates and compensation ratios to ensure we are compliant
  • Created competency based questions around our Hexagon core values to ensure we are finding the right talent to fit our business and trained TA and Hiring Managers on this
  • My passion is building relationships and collaboration. As my stakeholders are based around EMEA, I have travelled to the Hexagon offices in Dubai, Israel, Spain, The Netherlands and the UK to ensure face to face contact with hiring managers and HR
  • Worked with the HRIS team on building dashboards to present to the leadership team on a quarterly basis. This covered how many roles were raised in their region, level /types of roles, new or replacement, time to hire, source of hire, agency costs etc
  • As this is a hands-on role, I also recruit alongside the team, mainly technical roles (software development) and exec/leadership roles that require high-touch service, such as mapping, providing long lists and market intelligence
