Haley Brightwell

Assistant volleyball coach to Swiss National Team HC, Lauren Bertolacci. Helped lead program to 3 League Championships, 1 Cup Championship, 3 Super Cup Titles, 3 MVPs, as well as 3 seasons competing in CEV Competitions.

• Developing the team and individual athletes on a technical/teaching level: Implementing technical work and feedback into the practices of the HC, Analyzing data and video to improve the techniques we are trying to achieve, Leading all individual video sessions throughout the season, Planning all individual and midday practices throughout the season
• Scouting and Game Planning / Analysis: Have completed all aspects of game preparation, main roles are middle blocker analysis, serve analysis, reception analysis, and offensive coordinator
• Team Manager: Organize and coordinate all aspects of the Viteos NUC program including transportation, scheduling, coordination with support staff, all travel needs

Organize and coordinate all operational aspects of the USC women's volleyball program including but not limited to;

• Booking transportation, hotel, meals and creating itineraries for all program travel
• Planning and maintaining logistics, communication and coordination of all USC volleyball camps and clinics
• Handling day to day activities including efficiency of practices, gear and equipment of athletes, coordination with administrative supervisors and compliance
• Maintained program operational budget

• Implement game scout into practice and drill design
• Build mindset and mental training with talks and exercises that improve mental toughness and increase confidence
• Coordinate all team goal setting and standards and then implement them into our everyday culture and systems
• Assist in the recruiting process - evaluating fit & potential, hosting campus visits, tryouts
