• Spearheaded policy and high-level liaison with donors, governments, ASEAN counterparts, UN agencies, and CSOs, resulting in the adoption of the Vientiane Declaration on Skills Mobility, Development, and Recognition for Migrant Workers, and its checklist.
• Led the negotiation of the first south-to-south collaboration on labor migration in the region, partnering with IOM, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and the Thailand International Cooperation Agency.
• Coordinated with UN agencies (ILO, ITU, UNICEF, World Bank, UNESCO) on initiatives including return and reintegration, digital skills, remittance management, and migrants' access to education. Jointly advocated with the ILO for a ministerial regulation on recruitment fees and costs in Cambodia.
• Developed and standardized risk assessment and M&E tools to monitor project implementation progress regionally. Collected and analyzed M&E data to identify operational challenges, propose solutions, and draft the annual donor report.
• Provided technical inputs and co-delivered the first global Skills Mobility Partnership training to 30 participants in India.
• Led key regional research initiatives, including a labor market information assessment for the Thailand-Myanmar corridor, a socio-economic impact assessment of COVID-19, and a private sector engagement strategy.
• Co-developed the second phase of PROMISE (2021-2025), designing the results matrix, budget, and system workflows for project development and activation.

Assisted Risk Specialists in guiding 12 country teams to improve risk management during the grant cycle, concentrating on West Africa, Asia, and the Pacific.

• Assisted in the development and review of Key Risk Matrices and Country Dashboards, ensuring their effective use for risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborated with country teams and risk owners to enhance risk management processes and align them with organizational goals.

Implemented a $2.3M, 16-country project, "Document Examination Support Center" (DESC), aimed at curbing organized transnational crimes in Asia and the Pacific.

• Managed project implementation across 16 missions, including budgeting, work plan development, reporting, and project development.
• Facilitated communication and coordination between IOM and key stakeholders (e.g., Frontex, INTERPOL, UNODC) to enhance systematic information sharing.

• Co-developed training modules on gender mainstreaming, focusing on disaggregated data collection, and identification/referral processes for human trafficking victims.

• Compiled and analyzed annual data for 150+ active IBM projects into a comprehensive compendium, identifying regional trends, and donor engagement opportunities to enhance knowledge management and fundraising efforts.
• Supported the Migration Information and Data Analysis System (MIDAS) project management by coordinating with field missions, drafting/editing concept notes, and evaluating budgets.

• Consolidated monthly data on Somalia's water prices into a user-friendly database, conducting qualitative analysis (June 2016 – April 2017) that uncovered artificial price manipulation in private water points.
• Mapped interventions by 15 partner organizations responding to the cholera outbreak in Yemen, developing statistical models to analyze correlations between cholera cases and intervention efforts.
• Designed a matrix of quality indicators for Humanitarian Needs Overviews to improve data collection methodologies, and promote rigorous training.
