The Store Manager role combines people management, operational skills, results orientation and a strong focus on sales and customer service to ensure the success and growth of the store. This requires also leadership skills, a solid orientation towards achieving the objective, a strong communication and ability to build interpersonal relationship. During my experiences I've had the opportunity to consolidate the essential skills in the sector, such as the ability to manage staff, increase sales volumes and problem solving. I consider myself and I am acknowledged as a helpful, reliable and dedicated person.
