- Development and implementation of Oxysterols Panel in various matrices, lipid profiling

- Development, optimization new method narcotics in blood (37 substances) in LC/MS-MS  - 

-  Development, measurements and routine evaluation of various methods: (benzodiazepines quantitative and qualitative), urine screening, narcotics, LSD etc..

- Implement AbsoluteIDQ® p180 Kit: Assay for the quantification of up to 188 endogenous metabolites from 5 different compound classes (i.e. acylcarnitines, amino acids, hexoses, phospho- and sphingolipids and biogenic amines) from Biocrates Life Sciences company.

- Implement MxP® Quant 500 Kit: Test for quantification of up to 500 endogenous metabolites of different substance classes from Biocrates Life Sciences company.

- Implement AbsoluteIDQ Stero17 Kit: Steroid Quantification Test from Biocrates Life Sciences Company

- Perform activities and maintain raw data records in accordance with SOP and GLP

- Support the laboratory manager by writing reports.

- Carrying out analytical studies

- Responsible for the handling and maintenance (internal controls, calibrations and documentation) of laboratory equipment and the resolution of analytical problems or malfunctions on the equipment.

- Development and installation of TDI screening.

- Measurement of metabolite stability, reproducibility in different species

- HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) officer and biosecurity officer for a building on the Novartis Basel campus

- Responsible for maintaining the Computerized System Validation Database (CSV)
