  • Fully responsible for activities and academic programs of the organization, which includes the academic sector of the university as well as its publishing company, student housing, property rentals, and retreat center. Appointed as President with clear mandate to accelerate development with four key objectives: (1) establish the seminary as an internationally-recognized center for higher education and a reference for French-speaking theology, (2) lead the organization out of a systemic financial deficit to functional balance, (3) create a climate that enhances student learning, and motivates staff, faculty, and students for optimum achievement, (4) pursue academic accreditation at the federal level to transform the seminary into a school of “Higher Theological Education,” built on Switzerland's University of Applied Arts and Sciences model. All are accomplished or in the process of being so.
