- I provide technical support to the PROGRAM Unit to track program implementation;
- Successfully developed the 2022-2023 impact report from the Office, gathering all achievements made by the ILO in Argentina, shared with more than 100 stakeholders and partners, and giving high visibility to the Country Office.
- I developed a comprehensive M&E framework to support the gathering, compilation, and analysis of data able to inform the CO strategic planning, programmatic orientation, and operational decision-making.
- I supervise the alignment of implemented actions and deliverables with programmatic goals. This improved notably data harvesting and accuracy and allowed the management team to make evidence-based decisions.
- I provide technical assistance to the Country Office team (programs and projects) in the development of performance indicators, reporting techniques, and data-gathering tools.
- I developed multiple surveys, gathering critical data to inform program improvements. This helped improve the reporting process and achieve high-quality reports, praised by donors and stakeholders.
- I strengthened the office's capacities in M&E, conducting pieces of training workshops for staff, on Theory of Chain, Results-based Based Management and evaluation techniques.
- I provide support to the Office's requirements managing evaluations, according to ILO's EVAL guidelines. I conducted different evaluations, like a clustered evaluation of EU project in the coffee supply chain in Asia and LAC and recently, I managed the final evaluation of the National Plan Against Child Labour in Argentina.

- As an M&E Officer for the OFFSIDE Project, a 2.5M project funded by USDOL – ILAB in Argentina my tasks included donor relationship and stakeholder engagement. I developed a strong bond with the donor focal points, in a relationship based on transparency and trust. I designed the entire M&E strategy from scratch, according to donor standards and advice, conducting several technical meetings and an in-person workshop with the project stakeholders.
- I developed high-quality performance indicators and data collection instruments. I was also in charge of the collection, systematization, and analysis of project progress information.
- I could develop high-quality surveys to track pieces of training and workshops carried out by the project, getting valuable data for decision-making. The data collected help the project to adjust implementation and focus. Thanks to the information gathered and analyzed, 6 high-impact video stories were developed and broadcast by ILO in Geneva.
- Developed high-quality reports that were highly appreciated by the donor.
- Contributed to budget monitoring through the development of visual tools in Power BI.
- I oversaw regular field visits for data collection. I successfully developed prospects for potential extra funds, getting 625K extra funding . I supervised and supported 2 external project evaluations and conducted a mid-term internal evaluation.
- I was responsible for the project steering committee, involving successfully 30 stakeholders during the whole project life in 8 different follow-up workshops.
- I was also involved in research supervision and other programmatic tasks, like training design and awareness-raising activities related to children's rights.

- I successfully managed a $1.7M project portfolio with 30 projects for SC Johnson & Son in four countries: Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. I standardized the monitoring strategy for all the projects funded by the company, ensuring they were aligned with the company's programmatic standards. I developed and validated monitoring indicators, designed data collection strategies, and managed the information systems based in Salesforce. I improved the quantity and quality of data and generated a high volume of data for reporting and creating insights.
