In 2021, I gained my first real work experience at Leonardo Gelateria. I worked as a saleswoman at an outdoor stand in front of the Globus Löwenplatz in Zurich. This job demanded incredible independence as well as reliability, since you always looked after and managed the stand alone. This taught me that I appreciate independence in a job and that I can handle big tasks and responsibility. It was a completely new experience, but I learned that I really enjoyed working closely with people and customers. I was able to brush up and expand my knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Italian and French. In addition, I learned to keep a cool head in stressful situations and to approach each challenge in my own way.
