  • The Tour Information Management (TIM) team had to be rebuilt from scratch when I started in this position, which meant that I had a unique opportunity to recruit and onboard a new set of team members over the last years. They were fully trained and able to assist the operations teams within a month of onboarding

  • Data optimization project to improve user-friendliness for tour directors

Interests

My biggest interest in life has always been books. I enjoy learning something new, to see the world from a different perspective or pure escapism. My passion for travelling got me out in the world and I enjoy seeing different cultures and places. I also like when I get the chance to be active outside, hiking in summer or skiing in winter or going for a walk in the forest with my dog. I'm also a enthusiastic Pilates beginner and I'm starting to get the hang of the very basic poses.
