• The Tour Information Management (TIM) team had to be rebuilt from scratch when I started in this position, which meant that I had a unique opportunity to recruit and onboard a new set of team members over the last years. They were fully trained and able to assist the operations teams within a month of onboarding

• Defined and implemented a process optimization program for all processes related with TIM to facilitate tour creation, onboarding of new team members and improve data accuracy
• Collaborated with market development to define data structure for new product in the EF portfolio

Key responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and review the portfolio of tour itinerary templates for B2C products in EF's internal operational system
• Prioritize and manage tour change request via Jira ticketing system for tour itineraries managed by TIM
• Communication with stakeholders around the world, to optimize initiatives within the products/between products
• Operational management of budget data in EF operational systems
• Handling of budget related validations and communications with budget stakeholders
• Part of the recruitment and selection process for several international support teams

• Full ownership of flight management for several regions, including optimization of EF's flight scheduling for all booked passengers and booking and management of all stages of a flight
• In charge of start to end process for all flights logistics, training and mentorship of new team members
