Drive flawless project execution within the EMEA region.

Management of regional logistics projects and tender process for the Consumer Europe division.
Regional Cost to serve capabilities roll-out in order to measure distribution efficiency across the network.
Determine and implement optimal way to market and cost-to-serve strategies to improve productivity and reduce distribution costs in the European network.

Management of a small financial consultancy company, specialized in elaboration of application packages for small and medium-size enterprises aiming to access EU pre-accession grants (Sapard, Phare) and/or bank credits. Provided financial consultancy (economical and financial analysis, risk assessment, feasibility studies and business plans) and represented clients at financial institutions, Ministries and European Union authorities for technical and financial implementation of EU pre-accession programs.
