• Play a key role in the creative and strategic advancement of our learning programs to keep them cutting-edge and effective
• Partner with business leaders to address, develop and streamline their L&D needs, enhancing the overall learning experience
• Manage all operative tasks for Learning and Development (L&D) in EY Switzerland, ensuring efficient operation and support for all Consulting, Tax, Parthenon and CBS Service Lines

• Responsible for year-round acquisition for the Assurance Financial Services department in a demanding international work environment (approx. 80-100 new hires at the graduate level annually)
• Managing HR placements nationwide, including positions up to Senior Manager level (approx. 30 new hires annually)
• Facilitating on-site interviews, preparing offers and contract
• Leading regular touchpoints with stakeholders and leadership regarding acquisition strategies and future planning
• Point of contact for candidates throughout the application process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful completion of complex projects within deadlines
• Effectively manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional results for clients and the organization
• Mentoring junior associates
• Participation in career fairs and organization of Talent Days

• Gained initial practical experience in the candidate workflow, including conducting interviews, offer discussions, and contract preparation on Workday
• Guided candidates through the entire process and served as a point of contact for all inquiries
• Supported and advised internal teams during the hiring process
• Contributed to collective labor agreement (GAV) and individual employment agreement (EAV) cases to ensure compliance
• Participated in various projects to harmonize digital processes and enhance efficiency, as well as to promote team spirit
