Orchestrate implementation of pre-requisites and contribute to setting OKRs: Facilitating the implementation of necessary conditions for adopting agile practices. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to define and set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with strategic goals.
Provide coaching, guidance, and training: Support capability areas in adopting, implementing, and improving agile ways of working. Provide coaching, guidance, and training sessions to help teams and individuals understand and apply agile methodologies effectively.

Ensure collaboration and alignment across teams to ensure engagement around shared business value. Facilitate communication, encourage cross-functional cooperation, and help teams work together effectively.
Enable adoption of agile principles and new ways of working: Help teams understand and apply agile methodologies to achieve their objectives
Educate and help stakeholders understand how to contribute and lead change: Educates and supports stakeholders in understanding their role in the agile transformation. Help stakeholders embrace the change, contribute to the transformation efforts, and provide leadership in agile practices.
Remove blockers and escalate when necessary: Identify and addresse potential blockers that may hinder the delivery of agreed work. Proactively work to resolve issues and escalate them when needed to ensure smooth project execution.

Agile coach for 4 squads at the moment with different maturity levels.
Depending on the needs of the squads, we work a lot on the understanding and comprehension of Agile and the new ways of working. My focus is mostly targeting collaboration and how they can successfully share accountability for shared tasks, especially in mixed product squads where the mindset is very diverse. Bringing different methodologies to identify the best way to prioritize efficiently amongst the products. Individual and team coaching on transitioning from OKRs to OBPs, so as to make sure we make the best of the time used. Facilitating a workshop for the IMA squads to take in new products.
