Within KFC I work in the middle of house and front of house as a multi purpose crew member which has allowed me to learn how to prepare the food and serve it to customers.

• One of the most important things I learned from KFC is how to work well under pressure, have good customer service skills, good communication, teamwork and leadership.
• My manager often trusts me to get important things done that they wouldn't ask others, due to this I have been offered Team Leader and also Part time manager at just 17 years old.
• Within my time at KFC I have been able to make great connections with colleagues creating a family like environment and often acting as a mentor for new starts.
• From working front of house which is customer facing I am able to develop and improve my people skills although I already believe its one of my strongest assets, I often get great reviews which really help me and the team.

Within my 4 week long internship at NatWest I was mentored by a highly successful and skilled line manager which was able to give me an abundance of opportunities along side challenging tasks which helped me improve.

• As an intern at NatWest I was able to improve many aspects of my personal and professional character as I was given many opportunities to improve my networking skills, due to being invited along to high end executive meetings where I was able to personally meet and talk to these extraordinarily successful people.
• From my time at NatWest I took on developing challenges which allowed me to improve my leadership and team work skills. As a young adult I was able to implement things that they hadn't thought about using and are still used today I took great pride in my work at NatWest and even winning the best presentation at the end of the placement.
