I am 20 years old, born in Switzerland, and a dedicated Esports Manager & Director with a strong focus on team development, strategic planning, and business growth. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Esports Management at the University for Applied Management Munich, combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience in leading esports organizations.

Through my work at TT9 Esports and Enterprise ESP, I have gained valuable experience in managing competitive rosters, scouting top talent, and optimizing internal team structures. My strengths lie in esports strategy, talent management, sponsorship acquisition, and event coordination, ensuring both operational efficiency and long-term success for esports teams.
