Starting in 2018, responsible for the founding and development of a data center division for the Marechaux Elektro group of companies. Duties including project acquisition, contract negotiation and entire project management in the design and build process of projects ranging between 50,000chf and 25 million chf. Management of employees during the project execution phase in groups up to the size of 110 individuals. Developing and expanding the groups supply chain to be able to offer a complete GC solution on small to medium sized projects, offering not only electrical, but civil and mechanical works as well. Internal team leading responsibilities including:

• Assisting with recruiting efforts by interviewing potential candidates for positions within the divison.
• Coordinating resources across multiple teams within the divison when necessary.
• Maintaining relationships with external vendors, suppliers and contractors relevant to the divison's needs.
• Reviewing reports from subordinate staff members regarding operational status of projects in order to make informed decisions about future initiatives.
• Monitored employee attendance records and took corrective action when needed.

Responsible for the on site execution of various electrical contracts in the areas of MV, LV and ELV. Main area of expertise in Industrial and Automation installations. Duties included:

• Maintained safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, environmental protection.
• Organized and scheduled work crews to ensure efficient completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Developed strategies for problem solving on difficult tasks or issues arising during the course of construction.
• Collaborated with other supervisors and managers to coordinate activities between different trades or departments.

Responsible for the installation of various electrical systems in the areas of LV and ELV. Primary areas of responsibility included:

• Prepared sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or followed diagrams during installation process.
• Ensured that all work was completed in accordance with applicable codes.
• Inspected electrical equipment and systems to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.

Responsible for management and execution of diverse high rise and multi-use developments in the downtown core, including co-management of teams consisting of up to 65 employees, in all aspects of Lv and ELV installation. Duties included:

• Resolved conflicts between personnel or between personnel and management when needed.
• Organized and scheduled work crews to ensure efficient completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Developed strategies for problem solving on difficult tasks or issues arising during the course of construction.
• Coordination with the Electrical Planners and Architects to ensure the proposed method of installation could be completed as envisioned.

Responsible in the Service and Residential high ride field. Duties included:

• Reading Schematics and implementing wiring according to plans.
• Identifing problems with circuits or equipment using testing devices.
• In the 3rd and 4th year of the apprenticeship, running small crews of up to 6 people in the "Rough-in" and "Finishing" stage of installation.
