  • Ensuring a professional recruitment process, primarily focused on technical specialist profiles, with the goal of providing an effective candidate experience
  • Screening candidate profiles and conducting interviews in German, English, Spanish, and Italian together with the department manager
  • Supporting the department manager in candidate selection and contract negotiations
  • Partnered with external agencies when needed to supplement internal recruitment capabilities during peak periods or challenging searches
  • Reduced time-to-fill for open positions by implementing targeted recruitment strategies
  • Management of the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. Additionally, I am responsible for providing the necessary documentation for work permits for candidates from non-EU countries
