I took a career break in 2011 as I moved to Switzerland to marry my Swiss husband, and to focus on learning the language. During this time, I took several German classes, which helped me stay engaged with the community and be part of this new culture. In 2014, our first son was born, and I made the decision to prioritize raising my child, who is now 10. During this time, I developed strong organizational and multitasking skills while managing the family schedule and activities. I also volunteered in our local church, working in our Sunday school. In January 2023, I took on a part-time volunteer job, as stated below (Brokids), that focuses on helping the seniors and youth of our community. I am now eager to return to the workforce and apply my skills in a new role.
