• Organize office-wide initiatives and events (e.g., Christmas celebrations, staff engagement activities, volunteering days).

• Managed the hiring process for the Swiss office, especially for technical roles, collaborating with Hiring Managers and global Talent teams.
• Conducted CV screening, interviews, salary benchmarking, and preparation of employment contracts.
• Later transitioned from Talent Acquisition to People Operations to fully support the Swiss office’s growth and HR needs.
