• Conducted scientific research integrating biological experimentation with bioinformatics analysis, focusing on gene expression variability and alternative splicing across species in collaboration with the Bgee database team
• Developed and implemented computational methods to analyze large-scale RNA-seq and single cell datasets

• Assisted in the teaching of undergraduate courses in Biology and Bioinformatics including Introduction to Bioinformatics for second year bachelor students and a course offered by the swiss institute of Bioinformatics called Biodiversity bioinformatics: from large-scale phylogenomics to gene families and functions
• Assisted practical sessions, and provided support to students in the course Transcriptomics Analysis: RNA-seq also offered by SIB
• Mentored students on research projects, helping them develop skills in experimental design and data analysis
