· During my first steps at the company, I’ve helped completely revamp the affiliate program at Proton on Tune platform. This includes building new offers, restructuring the goals, the payout model, tracking system, creatives.
· Implemented the use of the ad manager feature on Tune to use LP rotations with different weights in order to smart test landing pages and to optimize the performance toward ROI
· With the help of the engineer team, implemented a deep link feature which allowed affiliates to redirect traffic to any page of Proton’s products using a specific parameter on Tune.
· Implemented the use of LTV when calculating CPA payout to have accurate ROI % based on LTV
· In the team I was the person usually in charge of all technical operations, whether it’s implementing new tracking features, identifying tracking errors, recognizing fraud patterns, and bringing solutions
· Regularly built analysis to optimize conversion rate and AOV
· After a shift in strategy of the company to work on a ‘Business Unit‘ model, I was in charge of handling Proton VPN paid acquisition on affiliate model.
· Led the project of the complete rebuild of the funnel because the conversion rate from clicks to paid subscribers was the lowest in the market.
