Mgr. Simona Ulrichová

• Supporting P&C client underwriters by analyzing cedent submissions, exposure data, and loss development for proportional and non-proportional conventional and retakaful treaties in African and Middle Eastern markets
• Contributing to underwriting decisions and renewal and new business strategies, including participation in client meetings
• Evaluating reinsurance treaty structures, terms, and conditions to ensure alignment with risk appetite, profitability targets, and internal underwriting guidelines
• Preparing underwriting documentation, management reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Cooperation with claims and technical accounting teams
• Providing trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to junior colleagues on P&C reinsurance fundamentals, treaty structures, and preparation for an analyst role

Providing assistance (administrative, organizational and other operational tasks) in various departments of the company (HR, Finance, Risk and Compliance):

• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Recording and organizing internal and external trainings, tracking employee attendance, training (new) employees
• Communication with external HR and payroll agencies, and with other institutions related to the company
• Recording both received and issued invoices, processing expenses
• Preparing monthly overview of the work done, assisting with billing process
• Preparing audit letters during the annual audit process, and other financial reviews
• Compiling and providing necessary data and materials related to a conflict checks and AML/KYC procedures
• Opening new client matters in an internal system

• Leading and coordinating a team of employees, managing and resolving crises
• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
• Recording and organizing internal and external trainings, tracking employee attendance, training (new) employees
• Providing assistance to managers as well as marketing department, communication with movie distribution companies
