- Handle incoming calls, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Handle emails that address administrative requests
- Ensure that account payable and receivable are promptly reviewed, verified, and submitted for payment
- Maintain monthly financial reports, including expense tracking, CC and reconcile the cash journal
- Review pending purchase orders, ensure to find the right supplier and negotiate price
- Assist human resources such as comparing salaries before payroll and monitoring hours
- Act as a first point of contact between the GM, vendors, and department heads, ensuring seamless communication
