• Managing the full procurement cycle, including purchase requests, order processing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and procurement documentation in compliance with company procedures and policies.
• Conducting sourcing activities and strategic negotiations through Ariba, supporting supplier qualification and bid management processes.
• Negotiating commercial terms, service agreements, and contracts to optimise costs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure high-quality standards.
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure compliance with delivery schedules, contractual obligations, and quality requirements.
• Collaborating closely with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to guarantee material availability across warehouses and support business continuity.

• Managing and resolving procurement issues, supplier-related challenges, and order criticalities in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
• Preparing and presenting procurement updates, project progress, and performance insights to senior leadership, including CEO, CFO, and Head of Procurement.
