- Mastery of pre-analytical processes, blood collection, and blood pressure measurement (adults and children).
- Conducting urinary sediment analyses, microbiology inoculations, sweat tests, and electrophoresis.
- Performing in clinical chemistry, hemostasis, immunohematology, special chemistry, hematology analyses and manual techniques (preparations, distributions, staining, microscopic counts, as well as bone marrow smears and Kleihauer tests).
- Regular participation in night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Equipment maintenance and calibration. Fault detection and diagnostic establishment, repair and re-commissioning of facilities
- Adherence to safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment.
- Training and mentoring of technical and theoretical knowledge to laboratory interns, and performing tasks in pairs.
- Utilization of laboratory information systems (MOLIS, WEBLAB, KALILAB) for data management and reporting.
- Contribution to ISO 17025 and ISO 15189 accreditation processes and internal audits.
